What realization in Harry Potter blew your mind the most?

Still, Trelawney actually got her predictions right

Sybill Trelawney, the divination teacher of Hogwarts, is known for her ridiculous predictions but the more you look into them, you'll find out that her predictions are actually partially correct.

In the book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, she starts to teach the class about the study of planets. Due to their positioning, she guesses that Harry was born in the midwinter but was actually in July. But what if Trelawney mistakenly predicted the Horcrux inside Harry. This could also be a reference to Trelawney talking about Harry's 'Troubled soul within'.

She suddenly exclaims: By the way, my dear… beware of a red-haired man.” This was directed at Parvati and she jumped and shuffled her chair away from Ron, who was sitting behind her. Parvati then accompanies Ron to the Yule ball who ignored and treated her harshly.

Another of her predictions was: ‘Around Easter,' she stated in one class, 'one of our numbers will leave us forever'. This seemed to be another of her useless predictions, but one day, Trelawney spoke rudely about Hermione's abilities, she stormed right out of the classroom and quit the subject.

Is Trelawney actually a bad Seer or are her predictions just always misinterpreted?
